TAKAYUKI YAMAGUCHI（以下「当方」といいます）は、当方が提供する iOS アプリ「ドラゴン英単語」（以下「本アプリ」といいます）の利用者（以下「ユーザー」といいます）の個人情報を含む利用者情報を、以下の方針に従って取り扱います。

1. 適用範囲

本ポリシーは、本アプリおよびこれに付随するサポート・ウェブサイト・問い合わせ対応において取得・利用するすべての情報に適用されます。

※本アプリは名前・位置情報・広告 ID（IDFA）などの機微な個人情報を収集しません。広告配信 SDK も実装していません。

3. 外部サービスの利用

Firebase（Authentication、Cloud Firestore、Crashlytics）
データは Google Cloud（米国）に保管され、IP アドレスを含むログが解析目的で処理される場合があります。

4. 子どものプライバシー保護

本アプリは 13 歳未満の子どもを対象としており、COPPA および App Store Review Guidelines （Kids カテゴリ）を遵守します。
個人を特定できる情報を子どもから故意に取得しません。
保護者は以下をいつでも行使できます。
- 収集した子どもの情報の閲覧・コピー
- 収集の停止／削除要請
保護者の同意がない限り、音声データなど個人関連情報を第三者に提供しません。

5. 情報の第三者提供

以下の場合を除き、利用者情報を第三者に提供しません。

法令に基づく場合
生命・財産の保護が必要で、本人または保護者の同意取得が困難な場合
事業承継に伴う必要最低限の提供（事前に告知）

6. 情報の安全管理

通信は TLS 1.2 以上で暗号化しています。
収集データは原則最短 30 日間のバックアップを経て 2 年間保管後、自動削除します。
Firebase セキュリティルールにより、ユーザー ID ごとにアクセスを分離します。

7. Push通知

当アプリでは、学習リマインダーや機能アップデートのお知らせを届けるためにプッシュ通知を使用します。通知の配信には Apple Push Notification Service（APNs）を利用し、端末固有のデバイストークンのみを Apple サーバーへ送信します。当社はこれらのトークンを通知配信以外の目的で利用せず、不要となった時点で速やかに削除します。通知は端末設定またはアプリ内設定からいつでも受信停止できます。

8. トラッキングと広告

IDFA を使用せず、広告計測を行いません。
他社広告ネットワーク SDK を組み込みません。

9. プライバシーポリシーの改定

法令改正や機能追加に応じて内容を変更することがあります。重要な変更を行う場合は、アプリ内通知または公式サイトで告知し、改定後に再度同意を取得します。

同意の撤回、情報の確認・削除依頼は下記窓口までご連絡ください。

Privacy Policy

TAKAYUKI YAMAGUCHI (hereinafter referred to as "we" or "us") handles user information, including personal information, of users (hereinafter referred to as "users") of the iOS app "Dragon English Word" (hereinafter referred to as "the App") in accordance with the following policy.

1. Scope of Application

This policy applies to all information obtained and used in the App and its related support, website, and inquiry handling.

2. Information Collected and Purpose

*The App does not collect sensitive personal information such as names, location information, or advertising IDs (IDFA). No ad delivery SDK is implemented.

3. Use of External Services

Firebase (Authentication, Cloud Firestore, Crashlytics)
Data is stored in Google Cloud (USA), and logs including IP addresses may be processed for analysis purposes.

4. Protection of Children's Privacy

The App is intended for children under the age of 13 and complies with COPPA and the App Store Review Guidelines (Kids Category).
We do not intentionally collect personally identifiable information from children.
Parents can exercise the following rights at any time:
- View and copy information collected about their child
- Request to stop collection or delete information
Personal information such as voice data will not be provided to third parties without parental consent.

5. Provision of Information to Third Parties

User information will not be provided to third parties except in the following cases:

When required by law
When necessary to protect life or property and it is difficult to obtain the consent of the individual or parent
When necessary for business succession (advance notice will be given)

6. Information Security Management

Communication is encrypted with TLS 1.2 or higher.
Collected data is backed up for a minimum of 30 days and automatically deleted after being stored for 2 years.
Access is separated by user ID through Firebase security rules.

7. Push Notifications

The app uses push notifications to deliver study reminders and feature updates. We rely on Apple Push Notification Service (APNs), which requires sending a device token to Apple's servers. The token is used solely for delivering notifications and is deleted when no longer needed. You may disable notifications at any time in your device settings or in-app notification preferences.

8. Tracking and Advertising

IDFA is not used and advertising measurement is not performed.
No third-party ad network SDKs are implemented.

9. Revision of Privacy Policy

The content of this policy may be changed in accordance with legal amendments or feature additions. In the event of significant changes, notification will be given in the app or on the official website, and renewed consent will be obtained after the revision.
